Who we are and what these terms cover

This website (www.ldidata.com) is operated by Rishi Sapra trading as Learn Data Insights ("LDI", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the site and any LDI membership, courses or events you access through it.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

LDI membership

Membership of LDI is currently free. When you create a membership account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email address, role) when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Use your account only for your own learning - not on behalf of a third party without prior agreement
• Comply with the community guidelines published on the Community page

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way we reasonably consider harmful to the LDI community.

Course access

All courses currently available on ldidata.com are included with a free LDI membership. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not:

• Share your login to allow others to access paid or gated content
• Copy, redistribute or resell any course material, exercises or recordings
• Use course content to create a competing product without written permission

Course availability may change. We will give reasonable notice by email before removing content that members have started.

Events

LDI events and workshops are offered free to members subject to availability. By registering for an event:

• You confirm your interest in attending - a registration is not a guaranteed place until confirmed by email from LDI
• You agree that LDI may photograph or record the session and use that content for community and marketing purposes (we will always ask for explicit consent before using any individual's image or voice in public-facing materials)
• If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone on the waitlist

Intellectual property

All content on ldidata.com - including text, diagrams, course material, the Self-Service AI architecture framework and the five-layer context foundation - is the intellectual property of Learn Data Insights unless otherwise stated.

You may share short extracts with attribution (e.g. on LinkedIn or in internal presentations) provided you clearly credit Learn Data Insights and link to the source. You may not reproduce substantial portions of any course or article without prior written permission.

ICAEW articles linked from this site remain the property of ICAEW and are subject to ICAEW's own terms.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services including Microsoft Azure AD, Google, LinkedIn (for sign-in), SendGrid (for email), Scoreapp.io (for the AI Readiness assessment) and Google Analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. LDI is not responsible for the practices of those services.

No warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is". We make no warranties - express or implied - about their accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Course content reflects our best knowledge at the time of publication; the Microsoft Fabric and AI landscape changes quickly and we recommend always checking official Microsoft documentation for the latest behaviour.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDI will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the site, its content or any membership or event - including any loss of data, revenue or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to LDI in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free members, is £0).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify members by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
